HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
3 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Season meat with salt and pepper; press into a casserole dish. Place potatoes and onion in layers. Dilute soup with water and pour over top of casserole.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until tender.
