TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
3 zucchini, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Tortellini

Cook sausage, zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic and oregano until sausage is done. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
