APPLE CRISP 
6-8 c. sliced apples, peeled
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together apples, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons butter. Place in greased baking dish; set aside. Combine topping ingredients; cut with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until crisp on top. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
