NOISY SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas (petite)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook peas as instructed on package, subtract 1 minute from the cooking time, drain and cool under cold water and drain again.

In large bowl combine peas, eggs, chestnuts, onion and celery. In separate bowl mix mayonnaise with the mustard and seasonings. Add this to the large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
