HEALTHY BANANA BON BONS | |
Med. ripe bananas 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. carob 3/4 c. boiling water 1/2 c. dates or date nuggets (packed in cup) TOPPINGS OF CHOICE: Chopped almonds, peanuts, walnuts or unsweetened coconut Cut bananas into 1 inch chunks. Set aside. Hand mix first 3 ingredients in medium microwave proof bowl. Set aside. Blend in blender carob, water and dates. Quickly pour out into peanut butter mixture and mix by hand. |
