SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
4-5 med. carrots
1/2 lb. tomatoes, diced
1 med. onion, grated fine
1 lg. green pepper, diced fine

Shred cabbage, carrots and onion. Mix with 1/2 cup Whitehouse dark vinegar, 1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise, sugar, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well. This will keep sealed tightly in refrigerator for a week or more. This is one of the best slaw recipes I've ever eaten.
