SPICY POT ROAST 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. parsley

Brown roast on all sides. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done.
