1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 container (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 container (8 oz.) nondairy whipped topping
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits or 1 c. sliced bananas or strawberries

In a medium bowl, combine gelatin, cottage cheese and whipped topping. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add pineapple (bananas or strawberries). Spoon mixture into gelatin mold and refrigerate until gelatin is set.
