FAST POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine potatoes and water in casserole and cover. Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
