OVEN BAKED CHICKEN | |
8 chicken breasts 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 box cheese crackers (crushed) 3/4 stick melted butter Take skin off chicken, then salt it. Rub sour cream all over the chicken. Roll chicken in the crushed cheese crackers. Place chicken in Corning Ware dish or Pyrex. Melt butter and spoon over the chicken. Cover with heavy aluminum foil airtight. Cook on 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
