BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. mashed bananas 1 2/3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. soft butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sour cream or 1/4 c. buttermilk Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl, mixing on high speed. Scrape bowl and add bananas, cream, nuts and flour mixture. Beat on low speed about 1/2 minute or until well blended. Grease loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until done, watching closely at 350 degrees. |
