1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 bananas (mashed)
4 tbsp. sour cream (you may substitute buttermilk)
1/2 c. walnuts

Cream the sugar and butter. Add the other ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 pan, 35 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
