FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. granulated sugar (2/3 c. if using frozen strawberries)
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Stir together flour, sugar, walnuts and butter. Spread evenly in shallow pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture crumbs in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl; with mixer, beat at high speed to stiff peaks (about 20 minutes). Fold in whipping cream. Spoon over crumbs; top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut in 10 to 12 squares. Garnish with whole berries.
