CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large baking dish. (The 11-inch Corning baking dish works well.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Keep check while it bakes; could cook in less time, depending on how ovens vary. Serves 8 to 10.

Corn from your garden or freezer can be used equally measured for same proportion and is very good.
