FUNNY FACE COOKIES 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts
1 egg white
1 tsp. almond extract
Sugar
Sliced gum drops, sliced jelly beans
Chocolate chips or M & Ms

Allow both crust pouches to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl lightly beat egg white and almond extract; set aside. Cut dough rounds from crusts with floured 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter (save scraps). Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Brush with egg white mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. Make funny faces with candy toppings and dough scraps. Brush dough scraps with egg white mixture and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
