6 med. potatoes 1/3 c. onion, grated or finely chopped 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. carton cultured sour cream Buttered crumbs (optional) Cook potatoes in jackets. Cool very cold. Remove skins. Grate. Add onion, cheese. Toss together lightly. Mix butter, cream of chicken soup (as is) and sour cream. Combine all ingredients in casserole. Top with buttered crumbs, if desired. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
