4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. raisins

Blend all together. Grease round pan, pour in dough. Cover with foil first 30 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for one hour.
