CINNAMON CHRISTMAS CANDY 
4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. Karo syrup (white)
Dash of salt
1 bottle cinnamon oil
1 bottle red food coloring

Mix all ingredients except cinnamon oil and bring to hard crack boil. Remove from heat and add cinnamon oil and red food coloring. Pour out on aluminum foil that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cool. Pull off aluminum foil and crack.

Cinnamon oil is found in the pharmacy area of most stores. Ask druggist.
