STUFFED CABBAGE 
Core 1 head cabbage. Place in boiling water, let stand 15 minutes. Separate leaves.

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 c. raw rice
Garlic, salt and pepper

Make 18 cabbage rolls, placing a spoonful of meat mixture at base of leaf rolling loosely. Secure with toothpick.

1 chopped onion
1 can tomato juice
1 can sauerkraut
Cabbage rolls
1 c. water

Cook or bake 2 hours.
