1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 sm. egg
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 pkg. Bixmix
1 pkg. Spudflakes

Cream together butter, sugar, and coconut flavoring. Add egg and beat well. Stir in Bixmix and Spudflakes. Chill for 1 hour. Shape dough into marble sized balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
