CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
1 1/2 to 2 c. grapes
1 1/2 to 2 c. melon (optional)
1 1/2 to 2 c. strawberries
1 1/2 to 2 c. pineapple (fresh)
1 1/2 to 2 c. Kiwis
1 1/2 to 2 c. apples or pears
1 1/2 to 2 c. nectarines or peaches
1 1/2 to 2 c. bananas
1 1/2 to 2 c. oranges or grapefruit
(Any other fruit desired)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Slice or dice all fruit except grapes. Mix in large bowl. Add lemon juice and cream and optional items. Toss gently. Cover bowl tightly and chill for at least 4 hours. Overnight is better.
