SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
1 can Durkee French onion rings

Pour together in 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Save 1/2 cheese and onion rings for top. Bake 5 minutes longer with topping.
