STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
12 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion, finely minced
2 stalks celery, minced
2 sticks butter
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. dry sherry wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Flatten out chicken breasts. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery. Cook until well done. Add bread crumbs, until all butter is absorbed. Add sherry, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Allow to cool. Put stuffing in chicken breasts slightly rounded. Brush with paprika and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
