CORN BREAD STUFFING 
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 1/2 c. corn bread, crumbled
1 3/4 c. bread cubes
1 c. corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion and celery and cook until onions are soft. Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings. Toss lightly to combine. Makes about 4 cups.
