STEAK SAN MARCO 
2 lb. cube steak, cut into serving pieces
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
Freshly ground pepper and garlic to taste

In large skillet arrange meat; cover with Lipton soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, oil, pepper and vinegar. Stir. Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
