EASY CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breasts
Thin slices ham
Natural Swiss cheese
Cream of chicken soup

Bone out chicken breasts. Remove skin and pound out to flatten. Place a piece of thin sliced ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Roll up. Use toothpicks to hold breasts together. Place in baking dish and cover with cream of chicken soup diluted half strength. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (covered). The soup will be a nice gravy to serve over chicken breasts or cooked rice.
