CORDON BLEU EASY 
3 chicken breasts, boneless
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
Crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/4 c. butter OR 1 stick, melted
4 eggs, beaten

Beat chicken until thin fat side down. Layer: cover chicken with cheese, cover cheese with ham. Roll chicken, ham, cheese and secure with a toothpick. Dip chicken in egg. Roll in stuffing. Soak in melted butter. Put in pyrex dish. Baste with leftover butter. Add more crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
