3 c. confectioners' sugar, sift
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 env. (2 oz.) Nestle's Choco-Bake unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Frosts one 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake.
