BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/3 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift together sugar and flour; set aside. In a pan bring to a boil butter, Crisco, cocoa and water. Dissolve all this and just bring to a boil. Pour over the sugar and flour; mix well. Add eggs and cinnamon and then lastly add buttermilk and soda. Mix well. Grease jelly roll pan and flour well. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees and watch it.

FILLING:

1 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
4 tbsp. creme de menthe
2 tbsp. milk

Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and spread over brownies. Freeze for 1 hour. Then frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
