BROWNIE CHIP PIE | |
1. Add to mixing bowl in order given and blend well: 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. creme de menthe or kahlua or amaretto 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. melted & cooled butter 1/2 c. sm. chocolate chips 2. Spread in a greased 9 inch springform pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 4. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool to room temperature. 5. For Topping: Whip until very stiff (don't over beat or it will curdle) : 1 1/4 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. powdered sugar 2-4 tbsp. creme de menthe or kahlua or amaretto 6. Spread topping over pie and sprinkle with more chocolate chips. Yield: Serves 8-10. |
