IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN 'N' BROCCOLI

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inches). Rinse broccoli under running water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Cool for 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
