IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN/BROCCOLI PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 c. (12 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded (Can use 1/2 American cheese)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2/3 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rinse, thaw, and drain well the broccoli. Mix 2 cups of the cheese, chicken, onion and broccoli and place in a light greased deep 10 inch pie plate. In blender, place milk, eggs, salt, pepper and Bisquick and blend. Pour over vegetables and meat in plate. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top and return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes to melt; will be golden brown. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
