RICE AND GREEN CHILIES 
2 c. raw rice (cook according to directions)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
2 cans green chilies

Mix all together (save enough cheese to top). Put in casserole, top with some cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
