1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Grated Sweet Potatoes
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cup Milk

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, spice, salt and milk.

3. Fold in sweet potatoes.
