DINOSAUR EGGS 
4 hard cooked eggs, peeled
1 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

Mix the sausage with the egg, water and salt. Divide into 4 equal parts. Flatten one part of the sausage as you would a hamburger patty, flattening out any lumps in the sausage.

Surround one egg with the sausage completely covering the egg so there are no cracks. Keeping the egg-sausage in hand, press in the bread crumbs, adding more bread crumbs as you rotate the egg-sausage. Repeat with remaining eggs.

Bake on a rack with a pan under it at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve cold. These are great for picnics!
