MEAT LOVERS CALZONE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese 1 c. Ragu rich and meaty Italian sausage, peppers and onions meat sauce Preheat oven to 400°F. On greased baking sheet, unroll dough and press into 12 x 12-inch square. Cut in half lengthwise. Spread 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese over each half, leaving a 3/4-inch edge. Top each half with 1/2 cup meat sauce. Fold dough over and seal by pressing edges with tines of a fork. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6. |
