1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. hot Italian sausage 3 eggs 2 cans (16 oz.) tomato sauce 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. Romano cheese 1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese 1 box lg. shells Cinnamon to taste Basil to taste Brown meat. Add tomato sauce, basil and cinnamon and Velveeta cheese. Cook only long enough for cheese to melt then blend together. Cook shells as directed. Use pastry blender to cream cheeses and 3 eggs. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish and pour meat sauce over shells. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
