CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Blend softened cream cheese with vanilla and butter. Add confectioners' sugar and milk. Blend until smooth. It will frost 2 tube pancakes or one 9 x 13 inch cake. If the frosting is too moist, add a small amount of confectioners' sugar.
