Mash 3 c. sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix, bake in dish size 8 x 11 for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 c. coconut, optional
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar

Mix and crumble on top of casserole. Bake 15 minutes.
