SWEET CINNAMON QUICK BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/3 c. oil

For sour milk - 1 tablespoon vinegar in cup then fill with milk to make 1 cup.

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of one 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. Place in large bowl, add all other bread ingredients, mix well. Beat 3 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pans.

In small bowl mix streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Swirl lightly to marble. Bake 9 x 5 inch loaf pan 45-55 minutes; 8 x 4 inch loaf pan 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Remove immediately.
