GREEN BEANS WITH RICE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2 cans cut green beans, undrained
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. raw regular rice, cooked & drained

Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in milk. Cook until sauce boils and is thickened, stirring frequently. Add salt, dill weed and cheese; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beans, rice and parsley. Turn into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
