CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
8 oz. spaghetti (cooked)
10 oz. pkg. broccoli spears cooked 2 minutes in boiling water (or cooked in the microwave)
2 c. cooked chicken
4 slices Cheddar cheese

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup
1/2 soup can of water

While pasta is cooking, combine sauce ingredients in electric skillet and cook over medium heat until blended. Add broccoli and chicken. Cook until chicken and sauce are heated through. Drain pasta. Add to sauce and stir to blend. Top with cheese and simmer until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
