CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
1 sm. can cream potato soup
1/2 can Durkee French fried onion rings
2 c. pkg. Cheddar cheese
3/4 can milk
1 can crescent rolls

Combine chicken, vegetables, cream of potato soup, milk, 1/4 cup onion rings and 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (or until vegetables are tender). Remove from oven top with crescent roll and remaining onion rings and cheese. Return to oven until golden brown.
