HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. all bran cereal
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar, I use 1/2 c.
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk

Boil the raisins and water for 5 minutes. Cool. Combine this mixture with the other ingredients that have been mixed. Bake for 1 hour in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees or use 3 or 4 soup cans instead of loaf pans.
