STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into 6 greased 6x3x2 inch foil pans or 2 greased 9x5x3 inch pans. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for small pans; 1 hour for large pans.

Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Finish cooling on wire racks.
