CLAM CHOWDER 
4 oz. bacon
2 chopped onions
1 clove pressed garlic
2 c. cream
2 c. clam juice
1/2 lb. cooked potatoes
6 c. reduced heavy cream
1 sm. leak
2 celery stalks

Brown bacon. Add vegetable. Add remaining ingredients. Add clam juice. Add cream. Cook 25 minutes over low heat.
