SWEET KOSHER DILLS 
1 qt. Kosher dills
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. pickle spice
1 sm. jar pimento

Wash, rinse and dry pickles. Slice into a jar along with pimento. Combine vinegar, sugar, spice and bring to a full boil. Pour over sliced pickles and refrigerate.
