GERMAN SONNTAGSBROTCHEN 
1/2 c. milk
6 1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. honey
2 pkgs. yeast
3 c. cottage cheese
10 tbsp. butter

Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast. Mix together: flour, cottage cheese, melted butter, eggs and honey. Knead well. Cover and let rise in warm place until double.

Grease and flour cookie sheet. Cut in about 20 pieces and form like buns. Let rise about 15 minutes. Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk; brush over buns. Bake in 350-375 degree oven for 35 minutes.
