FUMI SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded (1 1/2-2 inch pieces)
8 green onions, cut into sm. pieces including green stems
1/2 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. almond slices, toasted
2 pkgs. beef flavored Ramen Oriental noodles - raw - broken into sm. pieces

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper and noodles seasoning packets

Dissolve dry ingredients in vinegar and add oil. Mix well and let stand while shredding cabbage. Add all salad ingredients and mix with dressing; serve chilled - can be made the day before. Serves 10-12.
