1/4 lb. snap peas or Chinese pea pods
1/2 c. pecan halves
4 med. sized peaches
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. seedless red grapes
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. bite-size chunks of chicken
1 bunch watercress

Cook peas and chicken. Mix ingredients together. Chill.
